Go Get ‘Em

by Kelly Costanza on April 2, 2012

My husband and I searched for many years to find a church where we “fit in”….and then we found Dave. The first visit and we knew this man was speaking and teaching God’s word in the manner in which we could hear it, receive it and walk it.

We are Renegades for God because of this man’s love and passion! We get to go to church! We are TRULY a church family!

We are forever a family that will continue his legacy! My life, my family, my marriage, my relationship with God have all become better because of one man God put in my life….David Foster.
Thank you Heavenly Father for the time we shared with your masterpiece, a man You created that was put in our lives to help us and guide us to become closer to the image You have always planned for us to be…GO GET ‘EM Y’ALL!  I love you as does our entire family…

I will have to admit that this news was a gut wrencher for me. David Foster had a huge impact not only on my life, but also in the lives of many others that I know. When I felt distant or lost, I could always count on him to make it better. When I felt sad, he could always put a smile on my face. When I felt happy, he made me feel happier. For some reason, he was always so special to me. Not only did it feel like he made things better, he also inspired me. His drive and inspiration made me want to be a better person. I also always admired the precious family that he had. He was just plain special…..:)

We all know that he’s got one COOL pair of beautiful wings! Pastor David & his family were the first to spiritually motivate me in my adult life. I was baptized as an adult at BCC, while he led Bellevue Community Church. There are several phrases, ‘one liner’s and “Real Life in the Real World” lessons that I will remember because of his tenacious efforts, dynamic energy & pure LOVE for Christ. I know that I’m only one of many who will celebrate his “dash”. Foster Family, Please know that you are being LIFTED UP in prayer!! May you find peace with his passing, as well as the strength that carries you to that same peace. God certainly has another angel working with Him!!

Paul and I are truly heartbroken . Words cannot express the pain and hurt that we are feeling.
I know that he would want us to celebrate him.
Thats what we will do. My heart and prayers go out
to his family. Please know we are here for you. He will always be in our hearts and spirit. What a great
man. Its been a gift to have him as our Pastor. He is
and will always be with us forever.
