Remembering Pastor David Foster

I am playing for our troops overseas and got the news about David while here. I am in a men’s bible group with David called “Holy Smokes”. We meet every Wednesday.

I have had the honor of being a friend with David for a few years. He has stretched me as a believer, always made me smile, always told me that he appreciates me, and always been an awesome, honest, fun, man of God.

I have been forever changed by his character, love, and zeal that he has shown for his family and all people that he meets along the way. I will miss him dearly and hope that I can lead and love my family as well as he has shown me by example…..

David, You are and always will be one of my favorite people. I know where you are and that is where we will meet again my friend. Thank you for the great example you have been to me while I had the honor of knowing you here. See you someday….
